2-3tspCoarse mustard
3-4tbspGreek yoghurt or sour cream
7-8Radishes

To prepare the SpelledSpinat Salad with mustard cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse and cook the spelled kernels according to the instructions. Let the boiled kernels cool.

Rinse the spinach and chop the leaves roughly. Chop the whipped cream well.
On a pan, chopped lightly into the olive oil and add the spinach leaves. Turn around for a few minutes until the spinach has collapsed. Season with a little pepper. Take the spinach from the heat and let it cool.

Mustard cream: 3 tablespoons Greek Yougurt or Cream fraiche stir together with 2-3 teaspoons mustard and a spoonful of olive oil. Season with salt.

Mix spelled kernels, spinach and mustard cream and decorate with radish cut into thin strips.

Server as an accessory, for example, to fried chicken or a cutlet.
