3tspBicarbonate of soda
300gButter
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Species m. chocolate and nuts

To prepare the Species m. chocolate and nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Nuts and chocolate chopped fine.
Flour sifted together with bicarbonate of soda. Knead all the ingredients together into a uniform dough. Portion dough into 4 equal parts, which are formed into balls and then rolled out to about 30 cm. long sausages.

Put the dough in the refrigerator or deep freezer, so can the cakes bake when you want.

Specierne cut out in ca. 3 mm. thick slices and bake on the Middle Groove at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 8 minutes.
