Instructions for Spanish churros

To prepare the Spanish churros recipe, please follow these instructions:

Got water, oil and salt in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Whisk flour into while it boils, until flour and water form a stiff dough. Let dough cool slightly and fill it on an icing bag. Spray dough into 10 cm. long rods.

Heat oil and deep fry three or four rods at a time. Take them up with a slotted spoon and place them on a piece of fat sucking paper. Sprinkle with icing sugar mixed with grated lemon rind and cinnamon while they are hot. Eat them right away.

Serving: Traditional dipping to its churros into hot chocolate or coffee when they are eaten.
