Ingredients for Sourdough bread
1 | dl | Wheat flour |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | dl | Water |
10 | g | Yeast |
150 | g | Sifting |
2 | dl | Buttermilk |
2 | tbsp | Cumin, ground |
2 | tsp | Salt |
Instructions for Sourdough bread
To prepare the Sourdough bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sourdough: The yeast is rinsed with the buttermilk and added to the sifting flour. Assembled and covered with film, with a few holes in, and standing 10 - 12 hours is a tight spot.
Dough: Sprinkle with lukewarm water. Add sift flour, salt, sugar and bowl. Combine and knead well on a messy table so that it is spoonful with as much wheat flour as it can take. Cover with damp cloth and raise to double, 1 - 1½ hours.
Hit down and pierced again. Shaped into bread. Come on the greased baking sheet and after raising for 45 minutes. Cut and brush the bread with whipped egg and sprinkle it with a little bowl. Bake on the bottom groove at 200 degrees for approx. 40 min.
