To prepare the Sourdough recipe, please follow these instructions:

All ingredients are mixed and kneaded to a lump placed in a bowl. Sprinkle the sourdough with a little coarse salt. The bowl is covered with plastic foil, so the dough does not dry out. When the sourdough has lasted 5-6 days it is ready for use. You can let the sourdough stand for up to 8 days if you want more sour bread.
