To prepare the Sole, grilled with yellow squash and sweet chilli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm a little olive oil on a barbecue or regular pan. Fry the fish 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a little oil in a pan and saute the fintsnittet squash and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the chilli and halved tomatoes. Got a cup of water and simmer 10 minutes. Season with basil, salt and pepper.
Server to the lovely fish with fresh lemon.
