1 | l | Vanilla ice cream |
1 1/2 | dl | Cold water |
1 1/2 | dl | Milk |
250 | g | Frozen or fresh strawberries |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
Instructions for Softice with strawberry puree
To prepare the Softice with strawberry puree recipe, please follow these instructions:
strawberry purée:
Let the frozen strawberries light up easily for approx. 1/2 hour. Blend the berries together with water and sugar at the highest speed for approx. 10 sec.
Soft ice cream:
Let ice dry up for approx. 10 min. Add the milk and whip the ice cream softly with an electric whip.
When serving:
Bring the strawberry pie into 4 high glasses. Put softice on top. Server with long spoons.
tips:
The strawberry puree can be replaced by raspberry puree. Use 250 g of frozen or fresh raspberries, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 dl of cold water.
