100 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Sugar |

Instructions for Snow Cake
To prepare the Snow Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar, beat whites and light (there must not be any sugar that crunching). Flour, cocoa and vaniliesukker mixed and sifted into egg mixture. The flour, INVERT gently in. Dough is poured into a springfor (not too big) with roll.
Bake for approx. 50 min at 175 g. and not too high in the oven. When the cake is cold is icing sugar on top.
Tips:
It is important to be well beaten eggs and sugar, and that the other ingredients will be reversed in otherwise will be the cake not airy. Very suitable for children.
