Instructions for Sneboller
To prepare the Sneboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring water, sugar and butter to the boil. Bring the flour under strong whipping and leave it well until it leaves. Cool the dough a little and stir the eggs for one and then stir the dough for approx. 10 min Hot fat, Palmin or oil slowly up. Try the temperature with a wooden stick when it sews around the stick is warmly hot. Deep two spoons in the fat and form small bowls of dough with this. Bring them to the pan and let them boil until they are light brown. Do not get too many at a time as they raise a lot. Take them up with a cavity and let them drip on greasy paper.
