Ingredients for Smoked laksequiche

125 | g | Margarine or butter |
2 | tbsp | Chopped dill |
2 | tbsp | Water |
200 | g | Smoked salmon |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | Spring onion or 2 small leeks |
Instructions for Smoked laksequiche
To prepare the Smoked laksequiche recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop flour, grease and water together to the batter. Let it rest a little and then roll it out and clothe a pie shape, approx. 22 cm in diameter with it. Put aside. Aloe oil around the edge and pre-mix the pie in the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees, approx. 10 min. Remove the foil edge.
Rinse onion or pepper and cut into strips. Put them in a little oil with mild heat until they are soft. Spray with some water if necessary. Cut the salmon into strips. Whip egg and cream together and mix the dill in. Add spices.
Distribute onions or leeks in the piebag. Place the salmon on top and pour the egg yolk over. Bake it for 20 minutes, in the middle of the oven.
Serve the lak sequiche with a salad mixed with lemon slices.
