Instructions for Small tenderloin steak with onions
To prepare the Small tenderloin steak with onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pudding the sirloins, that is, remove all obstacles and tendons. Cut the chopped sirloin for approx. 2½ cm thick slices on the slant and push them lightly with your hand.
Roll the onions and cut them into thin slices. Brown the fat on a pan, put the onion fry on the forehead and raise them golden brown. Remove them from the forehead, sprinkle them with a little salt and heat them.
Then the sirloin steaks are cooked in the same fat for hot heat, just a few mins on each side and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the sirloin steak on a hot dish and benefit from the fried onions over them.
Cook the pan with broth, let the pancake sauce boil evenly with a little whipped cream, season with salt and pepper and add. A little suit. Pour the finished sauce over the steaks.
