To prepare the Small spinach bread 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
The water is poured into a bowl.
The yeast dissolves in the water.
Eggs, oil, salt and grahamsmel are stirred in.
Wheat flour was kneaded for a little while the dough is not glued anymore.
The dough raises about ½ hour.

Filling:
Spinach is rinsed and chopped roughly.
All ingredients are stirred together.

Collection:
The dough is rolled out to about 20x30 cm.
The filling is distributed on about half of the dough.
The dough is folded over the middle and the edges are pressed well.
The dough is cut into 10 pieces across and each piece snouts 2 times in the middle.
