To prepare the Small pies with goat cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter in the flour and collect the dough with water. Grab the dough in foil and let it rest - like the next day. Roll the dough thinly on a floured table and coat small molds with it. Put the oven at 200 degrees cutting the cheese into slices and put a small bite in each form. Whip eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and spread over the cheese in the molds. Bake them for about 15 minutes or until the egg mass is stiff and light golden. Turn the dishes out of the molds and let them cool off. Cream cheese roasted with roquefort or danablue can also be filled in the small pie buns.
