0.5 | tsp | Salt |
0.5 | dl | Hot water |
0.5 | dl | Ymer or yogurt |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | dl | Finely grated carrot |
1 | dl | Milk |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
10 | g | Chopped hazelnuts |
325 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Small noodle
To prepare the Small noodle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk, water and yoghurt / yoghurt are stirred together and the yeast is stirred in the liquid.
Oil, salt, carrot and hazelnuts are stirred in.
The flour is kneaded until the dough no longer adheres.
The dough raises for ½ hour.
The dough is easily kneaded and shaped into about 10 small loaves of bread, placed on a baking sheet with baking paper.
The dough raises ½ hour more.
Dough the dough with egg and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 225 degrees (ordinary oven) for 12-15 minutes.
