0.5 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1 | tsp | Dried Basil |
1 | tsp | Dried oregano |
1 | tsp | Dried Sage |
1 | tsp | Dried thyme |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Grahams |
3 | dl | Plain yogurt |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Small herbs
To prepare the Small herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is poured into water and yogurt.
Oil, spices, salt and grahamsmel are added.
Wheat flour was poured into the dough no longer sticking.
The dough is divided into three and rolled out into the length of the baking sheet.
Place it on the baking sheet dressed with baking paper and cut each of the three long pieces into 6-7 smaller pieces.
The breads raise warm and covered for half an hour.
Brush the bread with water and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 225 degrees for about 25 minutes.
