Instructions for Small bear herbs
To prepare the Small bear herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop wheat flour and fat together into a griddle lot, either in the kitchen mask or with a fork. Whip the egg yolks with water and work it into the dough. Work the dough evenly and smoothly push it out to a thick plate. Lay the dough on a plate, cover it with foil and leave it cold for 30-60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and squeeze them into small tin-shaped loaves. Behind the cakes until they are golden, at 225 degrees on the bottom groove for about 12 minutes.
Remove the molds, loosen the cakes and allow them to cool.
Whip the cream stiff. Grate the marcipan roughly, add vanilla sugar and whipped cream. Taste if To with orange liqueur.
Rinse the berries and share the strawberries. Carefully wipe the carriers.
Distribute the marcipan cream in the cakes. Decorate with berries and viscous flour on top.
