The salad curds are brushed clean, peeled with potato peel and cut into 3-4 cm thick slices. The vinegar is boiled with a pellet of garlic (a triangle of the compound onion), which is then removed. Salt and sugar are sprinkled and boiled for 5 minutes. Along with the spice box.
The parsley is rinsed, dried and chopped roughly or cut into small bouquets that are added to the vinegar together with the cucumber pieces. The whole is boiled for 2 min. Atamon is added. The cucumbers and the layers are filled in an Atamon-filled jar. A pressure is put on top and the jar is covered with a cloth and kept cold. 1-2 days after the pressure is removed. The jar is attached.
