Instructions for Skordalia
To prepare the Skordalia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and cook them tenderly in unsalted water. Moss them with some of the boiling water, possibly. With the help of an electric pointer.
Pill and squeeze garlic cloves and mix them in the mashed potatoes. Whip alternately oil and vinegar until the mashed potatoes are lind and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
SkordeliƔen is put in the fridge for serving. It will be best if it is allowed to pull in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
