To prepare the Skate wing orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
Have the fishmonger to baffle and pull the skin of Skate filetere. Crack julesalaten lengthwise and remove the stick. Cut Orange rind into thin strips. Cut the white skins and cut the Orange flesh out the fillets between the slats. Grinding the rest of the juice out. Saute in butter julesalaten add the Orange bits and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Roast Skate wing fillets a few minutes on each side and serve with the salad. Garnish with capers.
