Instructions for Skagen Cake
To prepare the Skagen Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
First stir the butter and the two kinds of sugar soft and the whole two eggs. Then flour flour, baking soda, salt, chopped nuts and raisins, and finally the sour milk or cream. The dough is stirred quickly with a spoon and hand. Come in a well-stocked form (about 1 ½ l) sprinkled with rasp and baking on the bottom groove at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 50 min. Try a toothpick and see if the cake is pierced.
Cook while the slightly special glaze that tastes like caramel.
