1.5 | tsp | Fine salt |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
70 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Signed buns
To prepare the Signed buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine and honey melted,
Ferment the yeast into the water in a bowl, heat the melted honey and margarine and put into the bowl.
Flour is stirred for a little while. Use a stirrer, so the dough becomes the most uniform. The dough is kneaded and raised for half an hour.
The dough is rolled into buns, calculate approx. 60 g dough per bowl.
Place the bowls on the baking sheet with baking paper.
Replies for ½ hour.
Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for approx. 10 min. At 180 gr.
