Instructions for Shrimp Soup with Peach
To prepare the Shrimp Soup with Peach recipe, please follow these instructions:
Karryen FRY in oil. Then add chopped onion, which also Sauté. Add tomato, and it boils for 20 min.
The peaches cut into cubes (save the juice from the can). Boil hvidløsfedene along with 2/3 of peach in the juice from the peach, and apologise for the can in ca. 5-10 my.
Pour løgblandingen and peach mixture into a blender and add the whipping cream and hot purér it. the soup through. Season with salt and pepper. The prawns are added just before serving.
You can add a little water, if you want a thinner soup.
