2 | tbsp | Sesame seeds |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Milk |
6 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Sesame buns
To prepare the Sesame buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in the dumplings. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the milk and warm it up to 37º. Pour the mixture over the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add salt, sesame seeds and most of the flour. Bring it together into a smooth dough. Raises the cover for approx. 40 min. Pour the dough onto the baking table and knead it to a sausage and divide it into 12 pieces. Form it for round buns. Lay them close to each other in a greased form - pie, frying pan or aloe form. Raises the cover until they look light and airy, approx. 30 min. Brush with spicy egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 min at 225º. Cool in the mold. Turned out and served, preferably lune.

Suitable ten soups, but also tastes good with butter and marmalade for a cup of dinner.
