1 | Pack lasagne sheets | |
100 | g | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Butter |

200 | g | Shrimp |
50 | g | Parmesan cheese |
7.5 | dl | Fish broth (1.5 cube) |
7.5 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Seafood lasagna
To prepare the Seafood lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion. Add shrimp, clams and crab meat. Season with salt & pepper and cognac, warm it through.
Melt butter to the sauce and stir in the flour, infant up with milk and broth, little by little.
Now put the lasagna sheets in bottom of a greased ovenproof dish, and came alternately bechamel sauce and shellfish sauce and lasagna sheets in ´. exit with lasagna sheets and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over.
