Instructions for Sea bass with shrimp and Dill potatoes
To prepare the Sea bass with shrimp and Dill potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw the shrimp up in kølekabet (if they are frozen) Clean and rinse barsfileterne. Baste the fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Brown fish filters in butter, and add the white wine and half of the prawns, mushrooms and parsley. Let it all simmer about 10 mins.
Take the fish up, place it on a platter and keep it warm. The rest of the mushroom are added on the forehead and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Stir egg yolk with the cream and add it up. The sauce must not boil, it must not only simmer. Pour the sauce over the barsfileterne, and garnish with the rest of the prawns.
Serve with dill potatoes and a tomato salad.
