200 | g | Tofu (finely chopped) |
250 | g | Mushroom (finely chopped) |
4 | tbsp | Neutral oil |
Instructions for Scrambled Tofu
To prepare the Scrambled Tofu recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop mushroom fine and leave them well in oil with medium heat. Chop while tofu and apple fine. Taste the mushroom with salt and pepper. Add the apple and continue for 3-4 min. Add tofu and step it all well for approx. 10 min. Add at last some lemon / lime juice.
