125 | g | Flour |
15 | g | Yeast |
2 | dl | Strawberry juice |
250 | g | Fresh strawberries |
75 | g | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Savarin with strawberries
To prepare the Savarin with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast and hand warm milk are stirred together. Half of the flour is added. The dough is laid loose, covered with a dish for approx. 40 min. Until light and porous. Butter and sugar are stirred together and then stirred in the dough. A whole egg and an egg yolk are added together with the rest of the flour, after which the dough turns smooth and smooth with a spoon. An edge mold is lubricated with melted butter. The dough is filled in, covered with a greased parchment paper and kept for 1/2 hour. Bake at 180 gr approx. 30 min. Removed from the oven, but remains in shape. Juice and sugar are given a boil and the liqueur is added. The warm cake is dotted with a knitting needle and overlaid with the layer gradually. When the juice is completely aspirated, turn the savarin on a dish. In the middle and around the savarin are strawberries added. Served with whipped cream.
