1tbspLiquid margarine
1dlGrahams
1dlWheat flour
1dlSifting
1Squash
1tspThyme
2dlMeat sauce

5Bavarian sausages

Instructions for Sausage Pie

To prepare the Sausage Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the three types of flour with salt and oil to a grit lot. Gather the dough with water.

Roll out the dough and put it in a pie shape approx. 24 cm. In diamonds.

Cut the sausages into slices approx. 1 cm. Thick and slice slices in the margarine.
Let the sausages cool on the forehead while the rest of the filling is cooked.

Tear the squash roughly and turn it free of liquid.

Share the eggs. Mix the flowers with meat sauce, thyme and squash. Add some salt and pepper. Whip the egg whites stiff.
Turn the pinch egg whites together with the meat / squash mixture.

Distribute the sausages over the pie and pour the meat mixture over. Make sure it is spread and has come down between the sausages.

Put slices of bacon over the pie and baking the pie for approx. 20 min. At 180 degrees then 10 min. At 200 degrees until the bacon is golden and crispy
