Ingredients for Saturday Soup

500 | g | Leeks |
500 | g | Shrimp |
8 | dl | Broth (8 dl water and 3 grøntsagsterninger) |
Instructions for Saturday Soup
To prepare the Saturday Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the mushroom and cut them into thin slices. Clean the pores, rinse them thoroughly and cut them into fine slices. Clean the pears and cut them into small terns.
Heat a slice-light pan and turn the mushrooms in it. They must not take color. Add leeks and pepper. Let the vegetables simmer while stirring a couple of minutes without taking color. Add salt and pepper.
Pour boil and let the soup boil for about 15 minutes. Add shrimps. Season with sherry and cream.
