50-100 | g | Grated parmasan (crumbled feta can also be used) |

To prepare the Saturday Meatloaf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the creamy spinach thaw halfway up.
Spice the meat well with egg, milk, flour, cheese, parsley, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper and spread it on a sheet of baking parlor in a large square that is about 1 cm thick.
