Instructions for Sandwich with Bresaola and Green (Low Fat)
To prepare the Sandwich with Bresaola and Green (Low Fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun and chop the ciabatta bread, sprinkle with good olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves.
Remove the outermost leaves on the artichoke by cutting around the bottom. Cut the top off and remove the beard in the middle. Rub with lemon, cut the bottom into thin slices and drizzle with extra lemon.
Put the bread together with rucola, tomato slices, bresoala and artichoke.
Cut it into 4 equal pieces and enjoy the sandwich.
