Instructions for San Remo Ice Cream
To prepare the San Remo Ice Cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Half the grapes and remove stones. Cut the strawberries into slices and the peaches in cubes. Distribute the fruits into 4 high glasses. Whip the eggs to foam with sugar and add cognac. Put the ice on the fruit. Pour the whipped eggs over. Decorate with whipped cream and pistachios.
