2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2 | tsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Boiling water |
Instructions for Samsoe Bread
To prepare the Samsoe Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sourdough: Yeast. Buttermilk and confectionery flour are mixed together. Is covered for the next day.
Grahamsmel is poured with boiling water, stirred through and exposed to the next day.
Water and yeast are stirred together. Sourdough salted flour and sirloin flour are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 1½ hours.
The dough is cut down and shredded to 1 or 2 loaves. Replies to the plate approx. 20 minutes. Brush with water and sprinkle with grahamsmel.
Baking time 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
