Instructions for Salmon with mango and chilli peas
To prepare the Salmon with mango and chilli peas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the salmon in a greased dish and cut 1 1/2 cm deep garlic in each fillet. Cut celery and carrots into thin strips and blanch them briefly in lets salted water. Rinse them well in cold water.
