Instructions for Salmon in dish
To prepare the Salmon in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Cut the pears into fine rings. Put the garlic in 8 parts. Heat the oil on a pan and season apples, leeks and garlic without taking color. Add the chopped tomatoes, bay leaves and peppers. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Bring it all in an ovenproof dish together with shrimp and peas. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place them on top of the vegetables. Put it in the oven in the lower half at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve the dish with a sprinkle of parsley and loaf of rice.
