To prepare the Salmon in a cream-tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chopped onion + garlic simmer on a low heat for approx. 5 min. The pureed tomatoes, Sun-dried tomatoes + spices and white wine added. The sauce simmer at low heat for 30-45 min. If the sauce gets too dry (thick), you can add a little more white wine or a little water. The sauce a smooth paste and add the cream.

When the gravy again simmer, add the salmon into cubes or strips and stir immediately around. Here after, there should not be stirred vigorously around since salmon gradually becomes porrøs. Let it all simmer for about 5-7 mins and season with spices.

Serve with fresh ribbon pasta and grpft bread. Sprinkle, if desired. with a little freshly grated parmesan.

Tips:
If you want a more cream creamy sauce, you can use the 2-3 dl. whipping cream instead.
