Instructions for Salmon appetizer
To prepare the Salmon appetizer recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fresh salmon is steamed, sprinkled with salt and pepper and steamed about 5 min. in white wine. Allow to cool.
Served on 6 plates, covered with a sauce made of Quark, flavored with salt, pepper, lemon and a glass of Red caviar.
Garnish with a half eggs and small green asparagus from glass.

Tips:
Salmon steamed in alm can pan, Cruiser salmon and place it at the bottom of a small saucepan, pour the white wine and cook for 5 min to salmon is whitish.
