¼tspSaffron threads
½dlFreshly squeezed lime
1tspFinely grated lime
1tspCoarse salt
1dlWater
25gButter
3dlSour cream
3Carrots into small cubes

Instructions for Saffron/lime sauce

To prepare the Saffron/lime sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a pan over strong heat, but without the Tan. Sauté the carrots for about 1 min. Crush the Saffron threads lightly and add them along with the water, orange zest, salt and pepper. Got sour cream in the sauce and cook on a low heat and stirring for about 2 minutes.

Taste the Saffron sauce.

Suitable for steamed fish or fried fish fillets.
