Instructions for Sacher pie I
To prepare the Sacher pie I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chocolate is melted with butter or margarine over the water bath. Add the sugar into. Then add egg yolks, vanilla and flour, and finally turn the pinch egg whites in. The dough is put in a greased spring form. Bake in preheated oven approx. 50 min. At 180 gr. Cool and divide into 2 layers and put together with apricot or cherry marmalade. The coating chocolate is melted over a water bath and the cake is coated therewith.
