Ingredients for Sønderholm-roulade

Instructions for Sønderholm-roulade
To prepare the Sønderholm-roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar is stirred well, they together beaten eggs stirred in, little by little, cocoa, flour and bicarbonate of soda sifted and stirred alternately with sour milk.
The dough lubricated out on a well-oiled roulade form (like paper) and bake at 225 degrees for excessive heat 6-7 minutes. Invert sugar strewn on paper, cooled with wet paper over.
For the cream, beat flour, egg yolk and water together and brought to the boil during whipping. Allow to cool slightly and stir in softened butter, a little at a time, then with the powdered sugar, orange zest and juice. Lubricated on rouladen, which rolled together on the long part.
Can garnish with sifted icing sugar, candied orange slices and nut kernels.
