100gWholemeal spelt flour
100gGrated emmenthaler
100gSun-dried tomatoes
2Eggs
2dlOlive oil
2tspOregano
2tspDried Basil
4dlWater
50gBlack olives
6-700gWheat flour

To prepare the Søderhamn's Greek Food Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The olives are cut in half and the sun-dried tomatoes are cut across.

It all mixed well together. Wheat flour added until the consistency is right.

Put the dough in a bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours with staniol over.

Form bread or slightly large bowls and let them stand and rise at room temperature for 20 min.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with freshly salted salt

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees around 20 minutes for the balls and about 5 minutes longer for the bread.
