Ingredients for Rugkranse
1 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2 | tsp | Salt |
250 | g | Rye flour |
3 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Rugkranse
To prepare the Rugkranse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and milk are mixed in a large bowl.
Yeasts are crumbled in.
Salt, oil, rye flour and most of the wheat flour are added.
The dough is kneaded well and the rest of the flour is added until the dough is smooth and smooth.
The dough is divided into 16 pieces and trotted out to 20 cm long rods, which are shaped into wreaths.
Put on a plate of baking paper and dot with a fork.
Covered with a cloth and raised to double size a loose place.
Bake in a 225 degree hot ordinary oven for about 20 minutes.
