Instructions for Roulades
To prepare the Roulades recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Lubricate a roulade form or make one at the bottom of a baking pan of baking paper. The shape should be 30x40cm.
2. Whip egg and flour white.
3. Turn the flour and baking soda into the eggshell.
4. Pour the dough into the mold.
5. Bake the cake for approx. 5 min in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees.
6. Turn the cake out of a broken paper or foil.
7. If filling 1 is used, grease this and roll the roulade immediately.
8. Fill 2 and 3 first when the cake is sown. The potato flour is used and used so the cake can be rolled even though it is cold.
