1tbspRosemary (adjusted according to taste)
1/2 - 3/4dlOlive oil
2tspSalt
50gYeast
600gWheat flour (eg blue star) so the dough is free-flowing
7dlWater

Instructions for Rosemary Bread

To prepare the Rosemary Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in the water. Add salt, olive oil and flour gradually. The dough must have consistency as a slightly stiff oatmeal. Raises an hour's time.

Beat with a slice and pour into a pan - the height of the dough approx. 1.5 cm to 2 cm. Replies half an hour's time.

Drip with olive oil (or brush gently). Sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary.

Bake at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20-30 minutes.

Cool on a baker. Cut into squares without cutting completely. Can be frozen.
