Ingredients for Roll Cakes

1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
1.5 | dl | Sugar |
100 | g | Butter |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |
Instructions for Roll Cakes
To prepare the Roll Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the fat and sugar airy and then add the egg. Mix flour and baking powder, turn it in the dough and knead it together. Bring the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt it in a water bath. Divide the dough into two and stir the chocolate in one part and vanilla sugar in the other. Either possibly. A little flour in if the dough is very sticky. Roll the dough on a flour plate to a rectangle, 30 * 20 cm. Place the chocolate dough on top of the vanilla dough. Roll the dough together into a roulade. Grab the roll into plastic foil and leave it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or overnight. Cut the roll in about ½ cm thick slices and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake the cakes in the middle of a 175 degree hot oven for about 8 minutes. Let the cakes cool off on a grate. Store them in an airtight container.
tips:
If the dough is hard to roll out, allow it to rest for a while in the fridge or freezer.
