To prepare the Roasted cod in marinade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the cod pieces in a little oil on a pan, approx. 2 minutes on each side. When the fish pieces are fried, put them in a small dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Cut the salad well and put it as a bottom of 4 plates. Lay the cod pieces and pour the marinade over.
