250gCleaned carrots
250gPurified leeks
250gPurified rodselleri

Instructions for Roast vegetables

To prepare the Roast vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the leeks lengthwise and through into strips crosswise.

Slice the carrot and celery for about 1 cm cubes.

Warm the oil and butter well up in a frying pan. Pour the vegetables in and fry them 1-2 min. of excessive heat. Sprinkle with thyme.

Fry them 6-8 my ... Turn on a regular basis. They can't be too dark. Add a little more oil, if it seems too dry.

Finally, pour the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
