Instructions for Risotto with bacon
To prepare the Risotto with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop well and pour it golden in the olive oil on very low heat. Add the ham (minus fat) cut into short strips, and then the rice. Sprinkle with 1 dl white wine. Boil the rice tenderly by stirring regularly and continue to spice with water or broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook over the calf bristle, remove if necessary. Skin and cut it into small pieces. Brown the pieces of olive oil, add salt, pepper and the rest of the white wine. The bristle should only have a few minutes.
Pour the rice in the serving pot, mix the olive oil and half of the cheese and put the bris with its sauce upstairs. A little cheese on each plate.
