Instructions for Risklatkager
To prepare the Risklatkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Depending on how much residual rice you have left, mix more or less of the other ingredients into the dough. It must be coherent and firm. It is an advantage if it is allowed to pull a little in the fridge before putting it on a hot pan with oil.
The biscuits are put on with eateries and golden golden on both sides. Just make a big portion. The biscuits can last for a few days in the fridge or can be frozen down to a day when the scent comes down.
Served with fruit mousse or jam and flour.
