Can also use 500 gr. alm wheat flour
1Eggs
1tspGround cardamom
100gCarrots
100gRaisins
2tbspCanola oil
2tspSalt
2tbspSoy yogurt or plain yogurt
2tbspDried apricots or dates
2.5dlMilk
250gAlm. spelt flour
250gWholemeal spelt flour
50gYeast
50gSunflower seeds or flax seed

To prepare the Rich buns w / soya yogurt and carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lun the milk of hand warm and dissolve the yeast in it

Then add eggs, soy and oil

The rest of the ingredients are mixed in and kneaded well

If you use spelled flour, the dough becomes sticky and it may be.

Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

Turn on the oven 180 degrees (hot air)
Formed to approx. 12 pieces of buns,
Superseded in 10 min.

Brush with egg el. Milk and bake for about 12-15 minutes (depending on the hot air oven and until golden brown)
